Hello everyone-
I'm hoping this will be an easy way to keep you all informed with the progress of the licenses and permits. This is where we stand-- The inspector who is reviewing our plans is sticking with her initial assessment that we need to have a sprinkler system installed. I have several allies in the DCRA now and on there advice I have taken it to the next level. We have not been denied anything yet, they just wanted more information and my arguement in writing with exhibits etc. I submitted all of that today and will post that information here. There is a 15 day review period, but that is worse case scenerio. I have a couple other ideas I'm working on also and as I move along with them I will update you. Feel free to write back comments or questions. I've been working on this in the mornings, doing my pedi-cab and bartending, so this seemed like the most logical way to keep you all informed with accurate information.
